What is ECHM?

ECHM (Executive Certificate in Home Modification) Program administered by the Fall Prevention Center of Excellence at the University of Southern California. Certifies Ocupational THerapists, Contrtactors, and Others, in Home Modification.
What is a Home Assessment?

We use comprehensive 20 page Home Assessment created by Occupational Therapists and Contractors.
Do we get Drawings of the Modifications after the Home Assessment?

Yes
Do you only work with Seniors?

No. We also work with People with Disabilities, and Veterans.
Do you offer Financing?

No, but we can assist with resources to potentially help with Grants and Loans.
Are you a government agency?

No. We are independent consultants helping Seniors age in place.
